Hi Luis The Fez OAI provider will be able to support "sets" as the "RELS-EXT = isMemberOf collection" to start with but perhaps subject based (controlled vocabulary) and even "saved search" = based sets would be good to write later. The main "ListRecords" (all public records) request will be limited to = only objects of type 3 (record). I don't see a use in listing communities and collections in the main list = records response. The ListSets response will probably just show all the collections (not communities). Although we are open to discussion on = this. I've finished the ListRecords response, now just going through the other = verbs, Identify etc. I'll commit it all to the subversion code repository later this week once I've done some = basic testing. OAI, RSS and Bulk move (both done) will be in 1.4 which = will go into release candidate mode as soon as 1.3 is out of release = candidate and fully released. Subject: Re: [Fez-users] Fez and oaiprovider service Hi Christiaan: Good news!! Thanks a lot four answer. And of course is a good news that DO created = under Fez will be oai compliant. Because we use sets , I wonder if this = feature will be included in your development ?. In an application we have using Kowari , we need a deeper level han the = 3 included in Fez (community->collection->record), so we deal with these = objects using the Fedora client and the oaiprovider service (all these = objects are published and opened) so we will have both systems to = provide access.
