I'm using Feedreader 2.5 Build 610 on a patched up
Windows 2000 Pro workstation with a Microsoft optical
wheel mouse. It run great except when I use
PCAnywhere to remotely manage another system.

Feedreader causes a steady stream of packets to be
sent the the PCAnywhere (I'll refer to it as PCA) remote
host whenever I have the mouse sitting in the PCA
windows, even when idle. This causes the PCAnywhere
session to quickly become lagged, and I imagine
eventual DoS resulting in disconnection.

When the mouse is outside the active PCA window,
packets aren't set to the remote host unless a key is
typed, as expected.

It seems (I haven't verified) that when both are running
and the mouse is in the active PCA window, it sends a
constant stream of "mouse movement or location"
packets.
