#3 single line view in View.php

I like to keep my "feed on feeds" in a small window in a
corner of my screen on my 1600x1200 display. Since
most RSS feeds I read have a short single-line title,
wanted to make the view.php entries more compact, so
I've made this simple patch to merge the two table cells.
