#266 A small change in the working principle of GetKey() and InKey()

Sometimes you need to know a scancode of the pressed key. But GetKey() and InKey() returns them only for extended keys.
I suggest to do that: GetKey() and InKey() always should return two-bytes lenght data where first byte is the ASCII-code (charcode) of the pressed key (code 255 for extended keys) and the second byte is the scancode of this key.
I think, this will be very helpful.
