      From the error messages, i guess that your ezRADIUS php files not owned by root user. You must chown all ezRADIUS files to root:

      chown -R root:root /var/www/ezradius-intl

      Tryed the above solution and still the same problem.

      that's weird. Can i see your output message from this command inside ezradius-intl folder:
      ls -al

      Do you run your PHP in safe_mode = On ?
      Please let me see your php.ini file.
