#516 r_nearclip - cannot increase or disable

commit 5156dc3838bd6a474838def4012fa17beb1fdadd
introduced this evil variable. While I understand that someone needs such a weird feature
still, providing something new, make it optional and disabled by default.
Please fix.

prefered way: r_nearclip 0
disables nearcliping. Its float so.. it might need r_nonearclip 1 after all

    uh oh.. forgive me my rush bug report. Seems its more deeply
    hidden.
    I always hate when better is an enemy of good.
    items are not clipped at all in 1.9.3 and yet they dissappear in 2.0.1
    Ive just looked into commit 5156dc3838bd6a474838def4012fa17beb1fdadd
    and all it does is introduce r_nearclip in place of ALIAS_Z_CLIP_PLANE
    where the value of ALIAS_Z_CLIP_PLANE was 5
    so now, setting r_nearclip to 5 still makes things disappear, but a bit farer instead of never. So, something is or broken or is intentional?

    r_nearclip was introduced to make weapon model not clipped by z-plane.
    It is allowed to decrease value (4 an 5 were values for Z_CLIP_PLANE and they were different for sw and gl).
    The reason to not to allow bigger values is that with some values you will be able to see through walls. Probably max value can be increased a bit but it should be done carefully.

    It is impossible to remove near clip plane because it is the way as Open GL works
