#165 Please make all banner/flag objects non-collidable

I previously posted this as a bug, but it was closed because it was like that in the original. So i thought a ER for KR/SI fixes would get more traction.

The sign on the door of the alchemist (dude who makes potions) in the city of Britanny in U7 prevents the avatar from walking on since it appears to colidde with him. This does not happen with most other banner too, like the one on the inn north.

If there is a easy way to check all banner objects for this, it would be nice to do it generally.
