This is a bug-fix release, to correct an offset miscalculation in 0.99.8. It seems that superblocks at a byte offset of > maxuint32 (4294967296) were not calculated properly.
All users of 0.99.8 are suggested to upgrade immediately.
I am still seeking beta-testers, of course :)

I am currently soliciting beta-testers for all aspects of ext2hide-0.99.8, in anticipation of releasing 1.0 and being able to move on to port it to a kernel module. I welcome you to check out this utility, and submit me any and all feedback you have regarding functionality, ease-of-use, documentation, utility, feature suggestions, et al.
To take part, simply download the software and follow the instructions in the TESTING file. It is very simple, and mostly automated.... read more
