Hi Tom and ext2fuse team,

I've just made your ext2fuse 0.8 release run on macfuse. With the attached patch.

Most basic operation appears to work both from the OSX command line, and the Finder GUI. (I will of course need to keep testing)

To make this work the following was needed:

*** fill_statbuf():
required a fix to match OSX's stat.h

*** op_access():
Here I put a clause in to grant access when access for mask 0 was requested (why OSX is requesting access for nothing is beyond me)

*** Last a change in imager.c to prevent re-defining ssize_t

(A note on building, as all other macfuse filesystem it you must add -D__FreeBSD__=10 to the CFLAGS, ie:
CFLAGS="-D__FreeBSD__=10" ./configure
then make/make install as usual)

Thanks,
Terry
