Format an ext2 disk from Windows

    I have an unpartitioned disk and I want to format it, to ext2 from Windows (without linux-liveCD).
    This feature is not supported.
    I believe must be supported.

      mke2fs works to format a volume into ext2 type. You could also try other tools like PartionMagic.
