Hi, I'm able to consistently reproduce filesystem corruption on both ext4 (with extents off) and ext2 filesystems.

Steps to reproduce: copy a folder of shortcuts containing special characters (µ ©)

Problem: windows complains the folder isn't available anymore. but it's still browsable. it makes duplicate copies of the icon with the copyright symbol in the name. When I boot Linux, the filesystem is inconsistent, and a check is forced. but the damage is severe enough to tell me to fsck manually. I think some of the culprits may be 'SUPER ©.ink' and 'µTorrent.ink'

here's a screenshot of the framebuffer after FSCK - http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/3645/fsck.png

and I'm uploading the folder of icons that causes this corruption. there's also another folder too I think, but I'd have to test again to find the name.

If there's any additional info you need, let me know. but I think this folder should reproduce the problem
