Using the cmake build system does not build the fortran interface, I don't know how to fix this, but the for/ directory and giving a fortran compiler appears to be missing from the cmake files all together.

Discussion

  • Yes, the cmake is for the C interface only. The fortran interface can be built via the makefile.standalone, but there are issues with 32-bit vs 64- bit vs 8-byte reals and ints....

And how do you build the fortran library with makefile.standalone ?
The c library compiles fine, but for fortran the exo_jack.c file is needed.

Which is not there. exo_jack.src is, but renaming this to exo_jack.c doesn't help.
    Any advise?

Oh sorry. I should have read the header of exo_jack.src
But the sed script, common.m4 etc. for creating the .c file is missing.
