Hi all, Thanks for the support! I've seen the documentation before but it did not help. Now I've solved it. It appears that there is a critical mistake in the eXist documentation. The following Apache configuration is enough in my case: ServerName domain.com ProxyRequests off ProxyPass /ssg http://localhost:8899/exist/apps/ssg ProxyPassReverse /ssg http://localhost:8899/exist/apps/ssg ProxyPassReverseCookiePath /exist / You can notice the last rule parameters are inverted in the documentation like this: ProxyPassReverseCookiePath / /exist The idea is to change the cookie path from /exist to / in Set-Cookie header that by default looks like: JSESSIONID=oryq5odyt3f79xxax25n7x0h;Path=/exist The documentation should be fixed, now it's misleading.
