[Exist-development] update on betterforms integration

Joern and I are working integrating the XForms betterforms engine into eXist.

currently we are going to 'shoehorn' betterforms as an extension,
instead of deploy via tools (as previous xformsfilter work) ... I see
this as a temporary situation until we all have a chance to play with
it and then we can make the decision later on if we deploy as an
package or deeper integration.
