Exist does not provide such a kind of solution. Sorry. What you could
do is just enable the SSL connector, parts of the functionality you
describe is actually how SSL works?

Asymmetrical encryption normally works in a different way: a public
key is used for encryption, the private key for decryption?

if you need this functionality, please feel free to design and
implement a module for this.
