Ok, I have partially solve my problem with a nameSpace declaration. So I
have some reply with this code:

declare function local:term-callback($term as xs:string, $data as

     <term>{$term}</term>
     <frequency>{$data[1]}</frequency>

};

text:index-terms(//tva:prix, "", util:function("local:term-callback",
2), 1000)

But if I use the function util:index-keys(//tva:prix, "",
util:function("local:term-callback", 2), 1000),
I have nothing, why ?
