Hi there, First of all thanks for a kick-ass XML database. I am using the XML-RPC interface of eXist to create and update XML documents in the database. I am using eXist 1.0b1. My problem is that if I execute a query like: <?xml version='1.0'?> <xupdate:modifications version='1.0' xmlns:xupdate='http://www.xmldb.org/xupdate'> <xupdate:append select='/session' child='last()' > <xupdate:element name='document'> <xupdate:attribute name='url'> http://hedere/hodoro?abc=1&dsc=5 </xupdate:attribute> <xupdate:attribute name='ts'> 2004-06-02 12:06:13.020 </xupdate:attribute> </xupdate:element> </xupdate:append> </xupdate:modifications> Then the resulting <document> element has the attribute "url" as "dsc=5"; that is, everything upto the end of the "&" is truncated. I searched the GMane archive of this mailing list bu t could not come up with anything similar. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? (BTW: I checked that the XML-RPC layer is sending the correct base64 encoded data. No problems there.) Thanks, Ufuk Kayserilioglu |
