Sorry, me bad. It's a typo.
It should have said:
"I CAN create resources and delete them normally."

Exactly, if I delete the data/exist directory I can create a Resource
and then delete it normally. If I restart the JBoss server, I CAN NOT
delete previously inserted Resources.
