I installed Exist in Windows and I noticed that it installed into a
folder called Programmer under C. In Windows the Program Files Folder
is internationalized, varying from language to language, in danish for
example it is Programmer, I am running an english OS in Denmark, at
first I thought there was some sort of check on my locale being done
by Exist and then just writing to Programmer without checking what the
actual location of my Program Files Folder was (the location can be
found in this registry value
but then I had the same thing happen with an application that seemed
to have been written in Germany, where I surmise the Program Files
Folder is probably also Programmer.
I guess it is not that big a thing since everyone is a developer that
is likely to use Exist, but its been confusing to me a couple times
already to go to Program Files and try to find Exist.
