This is ok. The caches are empty when you start the db, so they need
to be filled first. While they are filled, you will have more page
fails than hits.
If the db had been running for a while and you still have lots of
fails for one of the major indexes, you should consider increasing the
cacheSize setting in conf.xml, especially if you experience a sudden
