No, it’s valid XML (though an abused one). The attributes look like this (and all in all there are 10000s of them):

fast="fast" loud="loud" and="and" streamlined="streamlined" built="built" it="it"
       into="into" an="an" empire.="empire." in="in" the="the" _1950s="_1950s"
