Hi, I am trying to iSCSI boot Win2003 via 10GigE ConnectX EN ( mtnic.c ). I followed the instructions on http://etherboot.org/wiki/sanboot/win2k3. When I installed iSCSI initiator 2.07, I chose network interface that has static IP address. Created the image and succeed booting Win2003 successfully! I tried again the same procedure, but this time, when I installed Iscsi-initiator 2.07, I chose network interface that gains it's IP address via DHCP. Of course I made sure it always gets the same IP address. This time I failed to boot Win2003, I have looked at the debugger and noticed that the network interface did not get an IP address from the DHCP. How do I make the DHCP service to load before the iSCSI initiator? I have noticed iSCSI initiator 2.07 was removed from the site, should I try again with 2.06? Thanks for your help, Itay |
