Josh, Both espeak and Eloquence are TTS engines, so one cannot use the other. If you want to use Eloquence with NVDA, this question belong on an NVDA mailing list, not on the espeak development list. Likewise, if you want to use Eloquence with Orca, you should send such a question to the Orca list rather than sending it here. I can understand that people get confused with how these things work, so I hope that this clarify things a bit.
