#53 Histogram diagram labeling are wrong

The diagram labeling for the statistic histogram is wrong.
If the user has defined a range for the histogramm, the
labeling is not conform to the defined range.
The labeling was computed from the histogramm bin´s
which are the resut corresponding to the given range
but more inexact.
