Hello Li Ya,
    sorry to hear you're having some difficulties using the Toolkit.  Could you give us a little more information?  When you say "However, the EP TOOLKIT and MATLAB cannot response after then." what do you mean?  Are you saying the scree test is not happening?  Or are you saying that you are unable to take the step after that?  If the latter, it would help to tell us exactly what you tried to do and what the Toolkit did.  Was there an error message?  Did you click on the data set name and nothing happened?  etc. etc.
Also, it's always helpful to indicate the operating system (Windows 7, OS X 10.5, etc.) and the version of Matlab and the version of the Toolkit.
Best way to do it is to type ver in the command window and then paste the results, as in:

What's wrong with my operation? How can I place the input to the PCA consisted of all observations for each participant, each condition, each electrode and each timepoint rightly?
