I'm running yaws with yaws -D -heart. In my config file I have:
fail_on_bind_err = true
username = www-data
After some time I notice beam (with uid www-data) is using 100% of my CPU and
report.log is filled with:
=INFO REPORT==== 20-May-2005::18:39:02 ===
=ERROR REPORT==== 20-May-2005::18:39:04 ===
There is already a yaws system running with the same
id <"default"> on this computer,
set another id in the yaws conf file
At the time there is no http activity - it's a development box with no
external network access.
yaws -s tells me:
No yaws system responds
Can anyone enlighten me as to what I am doing wrong or how best to debug this?
I'm a beginner to erlang and yaws so I'm not sure where to look.
 yaws 1.54, erlang/OTP 10B5, Debian GNU/Linux

The same problem also occurs as the root user. I have attached a crash dump
file that is created approximately every 2 seconds in /root.
