To my knowledge, JSP have not been implemented in Yaws, yet.
This is not impossible in the sens that this should be possible.

I have thought about it once to see if Yaws could be use to improve
performance of Java based development. It could, but no garanty here.
However, I kept this as a thought as I did not found what it would be
usefull for. You can write Yaws file, that are equivalent to JSP
If I was to implement other templating engine, I would not use JSP,
which is not the best (euphemism) templating system around.
I would rather look at Page Templating as found in Zope. You could also
use XSLT or STL (see erlang.org).
But really, I see no real case where JSP would be needed (except for
legacy applications, but you can keep on using Tomcat and still using it
