Greetings,

I'm experimenting with developing a RESTful interface for one of my apps.  According to a number of sources, YAWS supports this.

Submitting GET and POST requests result in status 200, but PUT and DELETE requests results in status 405:

Server: Yaws 1.96
Connection: close
Content-Length: 96
Content-Type: text/html
<html><h1>405 Method Not Allowed</h1></html><p>This resource allows GET, POST, HEAD, OPTIONS</p>

I have tried adding a .htaccess file into the document root:

<Limit GET POST PUT DELETE>
allow from all
</Limit>

but to no avail.  <LIMIT> and <DIRECTORY> blocks are rejected when pleced into yaws.conf as well (I was speculating on Apache-like behaviour).

Can anyone suggest what I need to do to enable my .yaws scripts to be invoked using PUT and DELETE methods?

Cheers.
