#24 Remove "object" from inheritance

I'd like the ability to remove the "object" class from
both the class inheritance tree, and as well as the
method listings.

It makes the class tree more complicated (especially if
you have a lot of mixins), and the docstrings in object
are fairly simplistic (I'd rather have the methods
omitted than have to override the class to describe new
methods).

    The 'object' class is not omitted by default (in subversion head). Use the "--inherit-from-object" method if you *do* want methods/variables/properties inherited from object to be listed in your class descriptions.
