#13 Add a permission field for zope

Could you please add a new field named 'permission' to
the epydoc parser? That would be really useful for zope
and zope based products like CMF and Plone.

It should be an optional field for methods and
functions and may contain a single word or multiple
words. Each word is the name of a permission.

This sounds like something that could be accomplished by
adding a custom field. See section 4 of the
epydoc "fields" page:

If so, let me know, and I'll close this feature request.

If not, then you'll need to give me a more precise
specification of what you want. What are some example
usages? What should the output look like? Etc.

I went ahead and added this field in epydoc 3.0 -- having
it there shouldn't hurt. But I think that defining a
custom field is a good solution too.
