#220 Internal ValueError being raised by write_details_entry

There's an internal error (ValueError) being raised by something in or called by write_details_entry - the error needs to be trapped, and a error signalled then continue the for loop at line 2152 of epydoc-3.0beta1/epydoc/docwriter/html.py.

I'll try to track down the file it's being raised by - it's in Zope-3.3.1

    It would help a lot to track this down if you could give me a complete stack trace. (I don't currently have zope 3.3.1 installed.) There are several places that call href(), and knowing which one is calling it would help narrow down what the bug could be.

    This is most likely fixed by svn revision 1583, or possibly by svn revision 1636. If not, I fixed the only other way I could think of that it could possibly happen in revision 1650. I'm setting the status to pending; if you find that the bug still exists in svn revision 1650, then please re-open the bug.
