Hello all EPP developers,

Since my last e-mail I did get everything up and running with the multi-version pack.

After confronting PIR with another problem they asked me to use the Universal epp-rtk version which I now try to setup.

I could not use the same keystore, first due to a ”Set tag error”. Then trying to clean up the keystore via openssl and KeyStoreImport.java resulted in the following problem.

When receiving the greeting I first get 4 bytes very unfortunate”\x0000\x0000\x0002<?xml version….”

This results in a

org.openrtk.idl.epp.epp_XMLException: { m_error_message [unable to parse xml [org.xml.sax.SAXException] [Stopping after fatal error: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x0) was found in the prolog of the document.]] }

To eliminate any errors in my own code I successfuly recreate the same error with untouched pure downloaded code from SF and executing the SessionExample.

My GUESS is that it is still a problem with the keystore and JSSE’s abillity to ”unpad” the information after decrypting. The handshake is successful so the certificates aught to be ok.

Have any one of you encountered this problem before?

If you have any suggestions of what to do please let me know.

Regards Kjell Andersson
