Accoring to the get-e.org user guide, when I point e17setroot at an .edj=20
file, it should change
my E17 background (but not my X background unless I point it at an image=20
file). However, e17setroot
actually seems to change my X background (even when pointing at an image=20
file) and never my
E17 background! (I have to use emblem for that). Also, none of the=20
options (scale, fit, center, etc) ever
have any effect (using either e17setroot or Esetroot directly) -- it=20
always uses 'scale', which is a problem
as I have two screens combined into one using nVidia TwinView, so my=20
desktop looks like one big
2560x1024 screen and all the bitmaps get stretched out of proportion=20
(although of course emblem
simply sets them both to the same background for each zone).
Anyone got any ideas on why this might be happening?
