here's a patch which makes ecore_x_window_prop_layer_set() work with
NetWM window managers, too.
I've simplified the usage for this function:
It can put a window always-on-top, always-below and it can restore the
default state. IMHO, if you need to put a window into one of the other
special layers the Gnome specs and NetWM define, you should create
functions for those.
I also fixed some warnings in _prop_withdrawn_set().
And shouldn't the 2nd line in _prop_property_set() read
"if (size == 32)"?
