#83 Run as Administrator is not respected in Vista x32

1. Create a directory
2. Add a shortcut for "cmd"
3. Set the "Run as Administrator" flag on the shortcut properties ("Shortcut" tab -> "Advanced..." button).
4. Add a Folder Menu to the Right desktop menu that points to the directory created in step 1
5. Right click on the desktop
6. Select the new menu
7. Select the shortcut to cmd

When the new command window appears, it will not be running with the admin token.
