Did my kinematics module help You? Do I understand correctly that current solution provides HAL pins so that also MPGs and/or keyboard can be used for jogging? In that case does it support jogging more than one axis at a time? In the wiki page You have mentioned that touch-off is not available. My comment on this is that I do not see use for touch-off during pause, because touch-off would be needed, when new tool is inserted in spindle and only situation, when unpredicted tool-change needs to be done, is when it is damaged or broken. The thing is that the point, at which user will notice that and pause the machine due to bad tool, will _always_ be after the point at which the tool was actually broken, so resuming from the paused point does not make sense - in most cases the whole part is worth of scrap, in some cases it would require just to redo some part of the path.
