Hi, it looks Elphel requires a Camera IP. If I'm using a local camera, which is connected to my laptop by USB or 1394. In other words, if my camera is not a ethernet camera, how can I specify the Camera IP, in order to show up the captured images?

Then you are using the wrong camera. Elphel are IP based camera's not USB or Firewaire
