Eigenbase platform 0.6.0 released

This release includes many new features, extension points, and performance enhancements to both Java (http://farrago.sf.net) and native code (http://fennel.sf.net) frameworks, plus a new extension project, LucidDB (http://www.luciddb.org), which builds on the Eigenbase platform.
