Summary: #2473 - ability to print address book
I'd like to be able to print out the address book preferably by selecting all or category or individual entries. Perhaps to a particular format (filofax, full,1/2 or 1/4 page) for each address book entry.

Options:
print only changes from last print run.
select fields to print eg just name, address, phone number
