#1 Add support for editing on-disk videos

SSIA - it would be great if effectv could edit
on-disk videos (so you could even apply several
different effects to the same video, or experiment
with effects some more on the same scene).

Using ffmpeg, it would even be possible to support
pretty much all commonly used codecs...
