Hi,
I've noticed some problems with encoding in texts containing national characters. Problems are noticeable in browser view, source view is ok. Default encoding for whole Eclipse platform is UTF-8, and, as you can see on the included screenshot, browser encoding is set properly. Probably the cause of the problems is missing meta tag in the head section of the generated web document.

Here is the same begging of the generated page:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<title>Encoding Problems</title>
</head>

Maybe inserting the following tag will solve the problem:
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

I installed the plugin using update site, in case it matters.
