Hi,

IMO you broke the code between 3.5.1 SR2 and SR3. When I try to open a connection to an Oracle database I get the following exception:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: net.sourceforge.sqlexplorer.plugin.SQLExplorerPlugin.error(Ljava/lang/Exception;)V
at net.sourceforge.sqlexplorer.oracle.dbproduct.OracleDatabaseProduct.describeConnection(OracleDatabaseProduct.java:65)
at net.sourceforge.sqlexplorer.dbproduct.ManagedDriver.getConnection(ManagedDriver.java:230)

You changed the signature of SQLExplorerPlugin from #error(Exception) to #error(Throwable) without recompiling most of the database dependent plugins.

Regards,
Ralf

I also ran into this issue today after installing via the Eclipse update toolbar.

    UUPs! You are so right.
I've fixed it and released ALL plugins as SR3b.

    Thx
