When a new empty .lhs file is created and opened in a Haskell editor, the content type cannot be fully determined (we know it's literate Haskell, but we don't know whether Bird-style or LaTeX-style). We assume Bird-style as default.

This creates a minor ugliness:

If the user actually wants to use LaTeX-style and writes \begin{code} and \end{code} etc., the file is not correctly syntax-colored immediately. The editor must first be closed and re-openend.
