The work you would need to do is to organise these into related groups in dialogue panels to allow uses to set them as required. None of this is difficult and loads of examples are available. To make the SDCC plug-in really usefull debug and simulation facilities need to be added. These are more difficult but again examples of how to do it exist. The SDCC plugin is not large or complex so it's a good place to get started if you want to understand how to extend eclipse.
