#34 Leading spaces in property values

Some of the values in my property files contain a
leading space character. But it seems that these are
omitted. According to what I read about propertry
files, leading spaces in values should be escaped by a
backslash:

key = \ value

After editing the files with ResourceBundle Editor,
though, this will be converted to

key = value

The leading space will be omitted in my application then.

Shouldn't leading spaces be escaped with a backslash by
the editor automatically? Or, at least, my backslash
should not be removed.

Thanks,
Matt <m.nuessler@web.de>
