I believe this error is benign and due to a misconfiguration of the JDBC datasource. Perhaps the fact that you are using tomcat 6 may cause the benign problem and that the benign problem will go away on Tomcat 5.0.28 (reference web server). What happens is that the server is unable to talk to database via the JDBC datasource so it logs this error: 2009-02-04 09:19:44,755 INFO org.freebxml.omar.server.persistence.rdb.SQLPersistenceManagerImpl[org.freebxml.omar.server.cache.ServerCache#initialize] - Unable to create test connection for dataSource java:comp/env/jdbc/omar-registry org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create JDBC driver of class '' for connect URL 'null' But it then falls back to a less efficient omar-specific Connection Manager and all is well after that. Let me know if you find that problem is not beign after all.
