#33 no way to specify "errors behavior" at creation time

neither mke2fs nor mke2fs.conf provides the possibility to enable errors behavior other than the standard continue.
one has to run tune2fs -e <error mode> afterwards.
imho it would be a good idea to be able to set the default to remount-ro with mke2fs.conf (or even make this the new compile time default, but this is probably too ambitious :)
(or at least i did not find it, sorry if there is)
