#32 Man page says lazy_itable_init defaults to on, but doesn't

The man page for mke2fs states that lazy_itable_init defaults to on unless explicitly set to 0. This does not appear to be the case since specifying -E lazy_itable_init=1 noticeably speeds up mkfs. It seems that this option needs to be specified in mke2fs.conf to turn it on by default.
