#47 option: autocancel_timerange to skip fsck at this time

It would be nice to have fsck skip/cancel a check if within a certain time range. i.e working day. Within the options section of e2fsck.conf

[options]
autocancel_timerange = 10:22

So that means skip fsck if time is between 10am and 10pm. Think you can make a better range idea ;-)

But it would be even better if it had a maxcancelcount if possible?
