EPIC - Eclipse Perl Integration

I tried generating a C project in eclipse and now every time I generate any other type of project such as a perl project, I still get the C console.  How do I get rid of that and allow the perl console to start instead of the C one.  Or is this going to take a complete reinstall of Eclipse.
